Tom has a thirst for property knowledge and is a full member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents. He founded the successful estate agency The Home Cloud in late 2014 and is an expert in helping investors maximise their property investment returns. His passion and expertise for investing is what has set him apart, and is one reason why Source’s UK and Overseas client base is growing with such demand.

Ollie joined us in 2018 as a director. Prior to joining Source, he had a successful career working as a specialist foreign exchange broker in London. Ollie’s role involves overseeing every aspect of the investment process and his background in financial services means he’s well suited to advising new investors. He’s also heavily involved in ensuring Source secures the best investment opportunities at the very best terms for our investors.

Chris began working as a director at Source early in 2015. He has years of property experience in development and long term investment and boasts an extensive portfolio of his own. Chris brings unique skills to Source, having previously played cricket professionally for England and Surrey before retiring from the game, he’s passionate about helping sports men and women transition out of professional sport and plan for the future.

Amber is our Operations Manager and has been with us since 2018. Her role puts her in charge of all aspects of purchase progression, letting and management of our fast growing nationwide portfolio of properties. Amber guides our clients through from reserving a property, legal progression and letting and management on completion of the purchase. She manages our in-house lettings team to ensure all tenancies are renewed quickly and efficiently, help keep void periods to an absolute minimum and manages properties to the highest standards.

Josh has been working in the property sector since 2017. His expertise is in helping private investors build high-quality, diversified, long-term rental portfolios. He is especially adept at working with first-time investors at the start of their property investment journey. Josh also takes a leading role in our market research efforts at Source. He is becoming a valuable resource for our investors and the entire Source team with his in-depth research into market conditions, the mortgage market and new emerging investment hotspots.

Em joined in the summer of 2023 as our Marketing Executive. Her role includes strategizing and implementing our core marketing communications, such as email, our website and social media accounts. Em also nurtures our brand identity, ensuring our brand evolves as we do, whilst keeping consistent with our values.

Once tenants are settled into the property, Evie manages any day-to-day maintenance issues that arise so that properties are repaired in an efficient manner. She also renews tenancies, ensuring rent prices increase in line with RPI rates to protect landlord yields. Evie frequently visits properties to make sure they are being maintained to a high standard and all property compliance documents are valid.

Izzy deals with all initial enquiries. She sees the tenancy process through from start to finish – organising viewings, negotiates tenancy offers and move-ins. In doing so, she ensures voids between tenancies are kept to a minimum.

Abbie handles the management of our clients’ properties in South East England. Once tenants have settled into the property, she  deals with all day-to-day tenant queries and maintenance issues. She also makes frequent in-person property visits to ensure the properties are maintained to an exceptional standard, along with handling the block management aspect of developments.
