What We’re Looking For
We are a London-based property investment company looking for a creative, detail-driven Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. The Role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for turning our content into compelling videos and visuals that help grow our brand presence and elevate the personal brands of our team.
From editing our weekly podcast to producing short-form social content and ad creatives, you’ll be involved in every stage of the production process. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead, support filming sessions, and create content that helps our team show up as trusted voices within the property and investment space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit weekly podcast videos for YouTube and repurpose content into short-form videos and social assets for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Lead our video strategy across paid campaigns - repurposing content into engaging ads and brainstorming new ad concepts
- Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to plan and execute video and content strategies
- Assist with filming additional content with the team, both in-office and on location
- Keep up to date with social media trends and propose creative ideas to boost engagement
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a similar video or content creation role
- Skilled in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
- A strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - and what performs well on each
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to tell compelling stories through video
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working collaboratively within a small, fast-paced team
