How much money do I need to get started?
To account for a deposit on an entry level property that we would recommend, plus acquisition fees (e.g. solicitors and government taxes), investors will need a minimum of £70k.
How do we charge for our services?
Our fees are typically covered by the seller and so we do not charge buyers for access to our investments and helping you through the acquisition process. For some specific off-market opportunities, our fees aren’t always covered and so we will charge a small sourcing & acquisition fee that we will make you aware of from the start.
What levels of returns can I expect?
Returns vary depending on a number of factors, such as; location, type of property, whether using financing or not as well as how you calculate it – e.g. Net vs Gross return, whether or not you factor in capital appreciation, however our team will always provide a full financial breakdown for each individual project, talking you through the level of returns you can expect and what is factored in.
