Source was founded in 2014 by Tom Jewell, a former professional cricketer for Surrey. Coming from a family deeply involved in property, Tom had a passion for property investment. It was quite apparent busy sportsmen needed someone to bring together all the moving parts—sourcing the right properties, structuring finances, and managing everything efficiently.

In the same year Source launched, the company opened a nationwide lettings and management service. This allowed clients to invest in multiple locations while having one trusted point of contact.
